My alarm didn't ring

The most common cause is app lock. If you have Face ID lock or Hide App enabled for this app, iOS will not deliver its alarms. This is how iOS behaves, not a bug in the app, and there is no way for an app to work around it.

Settings → Apps → Beoltteok → Require Face ID · Hide App → turn both off

Other things to check: the app's Settings screen should show Alarm permission: Allowed, and the alarm's toggle in the list needs to be on. Deleting the app removes your scheduled alarms too.

Does it ring in Silent mode?

Yes. It rings with the silent switch on, with Sleep Focus enabled, and during Driving Focus. It's built on the iOS 26 alarm framework. Alarms also survive a restart.

Can I change the alarm volume in the app?

No. Alarms follow your device's ringer and alerts volume, and iOS provides no API to change it. That's why there's no volume slider and no gradual-volume option. Set the volume below and turn off "Change with Buttons" so it can't be lowered by accident.

Can I use an Apple Music song?

No. Songs streamed from Apple Music are DRM-protected and other apps cannot read the file. A song you purchased and downloaded, or any audio in your Files app, works fine.

How do I use my own audio?

With Settings → Sound → Use my audio files turned on, you can import a file from the bottom of the sound picker.

• Any audio in your Files app works (mp3, m4a, wav, and others)
• Only the first 29 seconds are used. That is an iOS limit
• For a Voice Memo, use "Share → Save to Files" first, then pick it here

I want to skip tomorrow only

Taking tomorrow off? You don't have to turn the alarm off.

• Swipe an alarm to the right for "Skip"
• Turning off a repeating alarm lets you choose between "Skip this one" and "Turn off"

Once that time has passed the alarm returns to normal on its own. There's nothing to remember to switch back on.

Where is my alarm data stored?

Only on your device. This app has no server, no accounts, and includes no analytics or advertising SDKs. The developer has no access to any of your information.

How often do the rates update?

Once a day. The data provider refreshes rates once every 24 hours, and the app only fetches again after that time has passed. The screen always shows what the rates are based on, and you can pull the list down to refresh manually.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. The most recent rates are stored on your device, so conversions keep working on a plane or without roaming. If the data is a few days old, the app tells you so.

The amount differs from what my bank gave me

This app shows mid-market rates. Banks and card issuers add a margin on top, so what you actually pay or receive will differ. For the exact figure, check with whoever is handling your transaction.

How do I add or remove currencies?

Tap + in the top right to add one. To remove a currency, swipe its row to the left. Tap "Edit" to reorder the list.

Can I enter an amount in a different currency?

Tap any currency row and it becomes the input. Whatever amount you had carries over, already converted.

General

What do I get for tipping?

Nothing changes. Every feature in both apps is free from the start, and tipping unlocks nothing. There are no ads either. It's purely a way to support the developer.

Payments and refunds

In-app purchases are handled by the App Store. Refunds follow Apple's policy — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us if you need help with the process.
